We begin with a relaxed phone call to ensure we’re the right fit for one another. This is your opportunity to share your vision, your venue and the feeling you’d love your wedding flowers to create.
Defining your vision

You’ll then be invited to the flower farm for a private consultation. Here, surrounded by the flowers we grow, we’ll explore your ideas in more detail, guided by the season and the natural style we’re known for.
Your wedding design

Following our meeting, we create a bespoke wedding design proposal, including a floral mood board and a fully itemised quote. That brings your ideas together into a clear, considered plan for your wedding flowers.
Securing your date

Once you’re happy to proceed, a £150 deposit secures your wedding date in our diary. Where required, we’ll also arrange a site visit to ensure every detail is carefully planned.
Bringing it all to life

Final payment is due one month before your wedding. From this point, our focus is on selecting, growing and designing your flowers so they are at their very best for your day.
Delivery, styling & clear down

We deliver and install your flowers on the day or the day before, as agreed. Flowers can be thoughtfully repurposed throughout the day, and the following day we manage clear down, gifting arrangements to friends and family where requested.

Yes. Our bespoke wedding flower service is available throughout the year. When our own flowers are in season, we use them wherever possible. Outside of this, we carefully source British-grown flowers and, where needed, thoughtfully selected imports — always in consultation with you and always in keeping with our natural style of arranging.
