TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Visitors to the site of Lower Norton Flower Farm

  • Visitors to the farm should be aware that we are based on a busy commercial arable farm and care should be taken when driving through the yard.

  • Visitors should take care of uneven surfaces to avoid slips and trips

  • If you experience any issues or have any concerns whilst on site, please contact a member of staff who will be happy to assist you.

Workshops

  • Workshops must be paid for at the time of booking.

  • Places will not be held until payment is made in full.

  • Refunds will only be available if the space can be filled or at the discretion of Lower Norton Flower Farm.

  • Please note that the food provided on our workshops is prepared in a kitchen where allergens might be present. If you are attending a workshop at Lower Norton Flower Farm, it is essential that if have any kind of food allergy or intolerance that you inform us before the day of the workshop.

  • Full payment is seen as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Wedding Flowers

  • Once we have received your enquiry we will check our calendar and if the date is available we will send you an invoice for a non-refundable deposit. Your booking will be confirmed once this payment has been received.

  • We will then send a final invoice one month before your wedding date. The deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.

  • We will only start picking your flowers once this invoice has been paid in full.

  • Payment is accepted via internet banking.

  • In the event of the cancellation of the wedding flowers, the deposit will not be refunded.

  • We do not guarantee any specific type of stem. We will work as closely as possible to your colour palette and ‘look’ that you are trying to achieve. Please note that each bucket of stems cut or arrangement created is unique. We will take inspirations from any photos that you have sent to us but the finished product will never be identical to the photo.

  • If you are not entirely happy with the flowers on delivery or collection, this must be raised at that time.

  • Care and responsibility for the flowers once they have been collected or delivered, lies entirely with the customer. We will provide care instructions for your flowers which will need to be followed carefully.

  • Delivery of your flowers will be at a rate of £0.45 per mile each way plus £20/hour. Collection from Lower Norton Flower Farm is available at a mutually agreed time.

  • Buckets for flowers can be provided. A deposit will be charged of £3.00/bucket (the cost to replace), which will be fully refunded on return of all buckets within two weeks to Lower Norton Flower Farm.

  • Payment of the final invoice is seen as acceptance of Terms and Conditions.
