Alison

Founder

Alison founded Lower Norton Flower Farm and leads its growing, direction and development. She oversees crop planning and field production, shapes the long-term vision of the business, and guides its marketing and wholesale strategy.

She loves sharing the flower field with visitors, hosting tours of the farm and working closely with the team to to bring each season to life.

Tom

Arable Farmer

Tom, Alison’s husband an experienced arable farmer, brings both practical expertise and business insight to the flower farm — from soil health to the financial and technical realities of running a seasonal enterprise.

He understands the stresses that come with farming in tune with the weather and brings a steady, grounded perspective to the business.

Andrew

Arable Farmer - 3rd Generation

Andrew has played a key role in shaping the infrastructure of Lower Norton Flower Farm from installing new borders to laying water supplies that make daily life in the flower field that little bit easier.

Working in partnership in the wider farming business alongside Tom, he is also developing the groundsworks and engineering side of the family farm enterprise.

Alex

Farm and Operations Manager

Alex is Alison’s right hand and an essential part of daily life at Lower Norton. She oversees the website and bookings, coordinates workshops and pick-your-own days, and supports our marketing.

She plays a key role in our floristry and is closely involved in preparing wholesale orders, moving seamlessly between the field and the Flower Barn to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Emma

Lead Florist

Emma leads all floristry at Lower Norton, shaping everything from weddings and event work to demonstrations and one-to-one sessions. Her designs are rooted in seasonality and reflect the character of the field.

With a strong understanding of the wider floristry industry, her experience also informs our wholesale offering, helping ensure what leaves the farm truly supports the florists we work with.

Amy

Florist & Field Team Member

Amy was the first to join Lower Norton Flower Farm and has grown with the farm from the early days.

A naturally talented florist, she developed her craft working with our seasonal flowers and brings both creativity and practicality to everything she does — from large-scale installations to hands-on work in the field.

Felicity

Field Team Member

Felicity joined Lower Norton as a volunteer and is now a integral member of the growing team. With a sharp eye for detail and a real desire to understand the business of producing quality flowers, she brings care and precision to her work in the field.

You may well meet her guiding visitors during our pick-your-own sessions, where her enthusiasm for what we do here at Lower Norton shines through.

Field Team Member

Kelly also began as a volunteer. She brings a real energy to everything she does. A dynamo in the field, she tackles any job with enthusiasm and purpose — especially if there’s a list to work through.

You may very well meet her at a pick-your-own session, where she guides customers through their experience with warmth and ease.

Michelle

Volunteer

Michelle is a much-loved volunteer at Lower Norton, bringing generosity, warmth and often something homemade to share. With experience from running her own business, she combines practical know-how with a willingness to help wherever she’s needed.

From the flower field to serving teas and coffees at our pick-your-own sessions or supporting in the Flower Barn, Michelle is always ready to lend a hand.

Mishka

Rodent Officer

Mishka can often be found patrolling the flower field, keeping a close eye on the comings and goings of the farm.

A constant presence during busy days, she combines her rodent-control duties with an uncanny ability to photo-bomb at exactly the right moment.
