This workshop is designed to give you a morning of creativity in a idyllic setting. Sarah from 2Spots ceramics will show you how to roll out slabs of clay and then add pattern and texture using a selection of handpicked flowers and foliage from the flower fields. You will then be guided to create the slabs into a lovely flower brick.

This workshop is designed to give you a morning of creativity in a beautiful setting. We will start with a brief introduction to the workshop then a tour of our beautiful flower fields where you can collect some flowers and foliage with which to decorate your own flower brick.

Sarah from 2Spots Ceramics will show you how to roll out slabs of clay and then add pattern and texture to the clay using the flowers that we collected from the field. You will then be guided to create the slabs into a lovely flower brick. Sarah will take your finished item away to be glazed and fired in her kiln and will either return it to the Flower Farm within 4 weeks for collection or you may opt to have this posted out to you. (there will be an additional postage charge for this option)

During the making process, we will pause for tea/coffee and homemade cake.

Whether you decide to collect or have your brick posted to you included will be a small posy of dried flowers to arrange in your brick to create a beautiful centre piece display.
