We are delighted to announce a collaboration between Lower Norton Flower Farm and Sarah of Lunatree Yoga.
Picture yourself practising yoga surrounded by a field of colourful flowers swaying gently in the breeze, their delicate fragrance infusing the air. The unique setting of our flower field offers a sensory experience like no other, enhancing the therapeutic benefits of your yoga practice. Connect with the earth beneath your feet and the energy of the natural world around you. Whether you're an experienced yogi or a beginner, Sarah will guide you through a gentle yet creative flower inspired flow. Feel the stress melt away as you flow through gentle stretches, mindful breathing exercises, and relaxing meditation techniques. Leaving you feeling nurtured and inspired.
Having had a break for re-fueling - homemade cake, freshly brewed coffee, tea or soft drinks, will be provided, served either in the flower field or flower studio, Alison, owner and founder of Lower Norton Flower Farm will take you on a gentle stroll around the 3 acre flower field, explaining as you go, the seasons of the flower farm and the flowers that are grown. You will also be shown how to choose and pick flowers to achieve the best possible vase life. Armed with this knowledge you will then be free to wander the field at your leisure and select and pick flowers to take home with you.
