The boring but necessary bit;
Workshops must be paid for at the time of booking.
Places will not be held until payment is made in full.
Refunds will only be available if the space can be filled or at the discretion of Lower Norton Flower Farm.
Please note that the food provided for our workshops is prepared in a kitchen where allergens might be present. If you are attending a workshop at Lower Norton Flower Farm, it is essential that if have any kind of food allergy or intolerance that you inform us before the day of the workshop, preferably at the time of booking.
Workshops have a minimum attendance level and we may regretfully have to cancel if too few bookings are received. If we have to cancel we shall endeavour to give at least one week’s notice. You will have the option of transferring to another workshop or receiving a full refund of fees paid.
Please be advised that photographs may be taken during our workshops, PYO events and other activities for use on our website and social media channels. If you do not wish to appear in any photos, please inform us prior to the event at info@lowernortonflowerfarm.com.
Full payment is seen as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
